Edmonton Oilers Playoffs

Wikipedia states the arena was called Edmonton Coliseum from 1995-1998, but I find it hard to believe playoff tickets could be had in the mid-90's for $6.00. Also, there's no section 13 currently listed in the arena.

Anyone have any ideas as to timing of this stub?
