1895 Western Association Omaha Omahogs ticket book
1895 Western Association Omaha Omahogs ticket book from team featuring eight players with eventual Major League experience. The Omahogs saw a tumultuous campaign that had the team finish the season with a 55-68 record, under three different managers.
Presented here is a ticket book containing 22 tickets from that season. They appear in excellent to near mint condition. This is due to the card stock cover protecting them.
The inside cover was very likely signed by David Rowe, team president (and one of their three managers).
Regardless of relative scarcity, this is a wonderful piece, well-preserved with very attractive illustration work on each ticket.
