1953 American Association Season Pass

Mr. Boone, a native of Hazelwood, was on 14 teams in seven different minor leagues during his long career, playing second base, third base, shortstop and outfield. He played from 1913 to 1916 with the Yankees and finished up his major league career with the Pirates in 1918. Mr. Boone played for the American League All-Stars in 1914. For 14 years he played in the American Association on teams in Toledo, St. Paul, Kansas City, Louisville and Columbus and was a member of the four minor league pennant winners. He retired from baseball in 1936.
