Sutton surrendered just 3 hits and struck out 7 while Steve Garvey homered twice. Garvey wound up going 4-5 with 4 RBI’s. Not to be overlooked, Bill Russell knocked in 3 runs.
As for the scarcity of an unused ticket from Game 4, 54,424 fans attended the game leaving very few un-torn tickets floating around the hobby.
